  • Metro IT Solutions Inc. takes strong measures to protect the security of your personal information and to ensure that your choices for its intended use are honored. We take strong precautions to protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

  • Metro IT Solutions Inc. never sells or gives away your name, address, phone number, email address or any other information to anyone.


  • Cancellation
    Contracts: We hope that we never have to cancel any contract with our clients but if the situation rises, we will follow the individual services agreement terms.
    Service calls: There will be no cost for our clients if the cancellation request is received at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled service, otherwise clients will be invoiced for a $50 cancellation fee.


    Complaints
    We will take any necessary action to make sure that our customers are happy with our services. Our management team is always available to listen to your concerns and resolve any issues to your 100% satisfaction.
